1、The refrigerated dryer should be installed in a room with an ambient temperature of 2 to 38°C, well-ventilated and air-cleaned; in particular, it must avoid corrosive components such as ammonia in the air. When the indoor ventilation department is in good condition, exhaust equipment must be installed in the engine room.

2、The air outlet of the air-cooled cold-drying machine is more than 1.5 meters away from the wall. The air inlets of the two dryers cannot face each other. There should be some space around the dryer to facilitate maintenance and routine maintenance.

3、There should be a distance of at least 4 to 5 meters between the dryer and the air compressor to prevent the vibration generated by the air compressor from affecting the normal operation of the dryer.

4、If the cooling water quality of the water-cooled dryer is poor, a water filter should be installed at the cooling water inlet. The cooling water temperature is preferably 10 to 32°C, and the water pressure should be maintained between 0.15 to 0.35 bar.

5、Automatic drainage outlets should be connected to the drainage ditch so as not to pollute the production environment. The height of the drainage ditch should not be higher than the drainage outlet.

6、When the dryer is in operation, the vibration of the dryer is very small. The cement foundation is only needed in the soft foundation of the foundation, and the foundation needs to be flat. The impact of air compressor vibrations from the air line should be avoided. If it is too severe, high pressure hoses must be connected to eliminate vibration.

7、 The dryer is connected to the air source system. It is best to bypass the air inlet and outlet. The bypass ball valve is set in the middle for debugging and maintenance.

1：Because water-cooled freeze dryers are often in the same room as other water-cooled equipment (such as air compressors), there is a variety of equipment that does not have the same pressure drop. In cooling water piping, the dryer should have an independent drain outlet. If you share the drainage pipe with other water-cooled equipment, the return water may not be smooth due to the difference in water pressure. If you must share the drainage pipe, you should use a straight angle connection.

2：When the refrigerated dryer and the piston air compressor are matched, because the piston air compressor is discontinuously supplied with air pulse during operation, the airflow pulse forms strong and lasting parts for the refrigerated dryer (including the filter). The shock will cause a series of mechanical damage to the dryer, so a buffer tank should be installed between the compressor and the dryer.
