4.Refrigeration compressors should avoid long periods of no-load operation.

5.Check whether the high and low pressure of the refrigerant in the dryer is normal (the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the compressed air is not more than 0.035Mpa, the high pressure of the refrigerant is 1.2-1.6Mpa, and the pressure of the refrigerant is 0.35-0.45Mpa).

6.Check whether the solenoid valve JL1/JL2 relay is normal and determine whether the pneumatic valve switch is normal.

7.Check the inlet air temperature, condensing temperature, evaporation temperature and exhaust air temperature of the dryer.

Regular observation of drainage and sewerage systems

The action of the electronic drain valve is normal, but it is discharged without water. It is likely that the filter is blocked. At this time, the filter must be cleaned.

In the case of no damage to the components, the solenoid valve leaks, which may be caused by a large amount of powder in the condensate passing through the filter, entering the gap between the valve plug and the sheath, and causing the valve plug to jam. In this case, the valve must be cleaned. core.

Always observe the refrigeration system

1、The compressor is used to touch the hand at least once a day, normally it is clean and frosty;

2、The dry filter touches the temperature difference between the two sides each week, and the temperature difference should not be great (imported heat and cool export need to be replaced);

3、If you find that the compressor has abnormal sound and fever, you should contact the after-sales service as soon as possible.
