一、Cause analysis and judgment method
1、Configuration abnormalities in the compressed air aftertreatment system piping

6、In the compressed air reprocessing pipeline, the pre- and post-stage filters failed and the liquid water and oil pollution were not discharged in time. Check the state of the filter elements and the filter discharge of the pre- and post-stage micro-heat adsorption dryers in the system piping. Impurities such as liquid oil, water, etc., to avoid failure of the filter element of the pre-stage filter or failure of the filter to discharge liquid oil and water in time, resulting in a large amount of impurities in the compressed air impinging on the adsorbent of the dryer, resulting in degradation or failure of the performance of the adsorbent.
7、The adsorbent is seriously poisoned or powdered by contaminated oil, and the state of the adsorbent is periodically checked, such as yellowing or even blackening or the particles becoming smaller, indicating that the adsorbent has been contaminated or pulverized by the oil, and the adsorbent has not been able to perform the adsorption work normally.
8、The dew point indication is incorrect. In the daily work, the micro heat adsorption dryer encounters the phenomenon of dew point indication deviation. If the dew point indication value is abnormally high in the normal value range, it may be considered whether the dew point indication value is incorrect.
9、Silencer plugging, muffler plugging can cause the back pressure of the regeneration gas of the regenerative tower of the micro heat adsorption dryer to be too high, and the regeneration gas cannot be discharged to the outside of the adsorption tower, eventually increasing the dew point of the compressed air product gas.

5、Relieve the pressure in the dryer and check whether the desiccant is discolored or poisoned
6、Replace filter core
